The sales associate was very rude to me and wouldn’t assist me or answer the question on price until she had checked everyone in line out, even though I had been waiting longer than the people in line. I walked out and won’t be spending money here ever."

"Very nice selection of sundries and finer items. However the sales clerk was harsh, rude and unprofessional. She curtly scolded me for testing a lavender hand lotion that I very earnestly interpreted as a tester for sampling. After her admonishment with furrowed brow and grumbling, she complained to another store customer about the incident as I stood there corrected. When I apologized for the misunderstanding she no longer had words to utter. Way Out West would benefit from customer service training of this employee."

"I was at the Denver airport today and noticed the Out West store was having a great sale on their jewelry (buy one get one free). However, my excitement quickly faded after I asked the lady working in the store if I could look at the jewelry in the cases. From her reaction, you would’ve thought that I had just asked her if I could remove her heart. She was short tempered and was not able/willing to answer the two questions that I asked her about the beautiful jewelry. I finally walked out. Please hire a new sales associate!"
