"Love this hobby lobby. It is always clean and well stocked. The manager is very nice and the employees are friendly and helpful. There is always something on sale here. So if you're not in a hurry to buy something you can usually wait a week or so and it will eventually be on sale. I do wish they had more baking stuff, but they have lots of everything so I am sure room is an issue."

"I love hobby lobby but it’s pretty disappointing that they have yet to update their systems. I went in to hobby lobby on South Monaco in Denver CO this evening & I was over charged for certain items, charged for extra items & charged double for items. I was going to take the items back & request a r fund but I needed the items & each item I was over or double charged for was $2 or less but that adds up. I find that it’s just unethical & dishonest. Though I don’t believe the checker intentionally robbed me by overcharging but he was elderly & possibly unable to see the tag well. I don’t know but I do know it’s disappointing to deal with. I decided to take a loss because I would hv to go back & ring everything up all over again or return them & I did not have time for that. Hobby Lobby get it together & update your systems! The doors aren’t even automatic. Smh! A very disappointed customer"
