"I usually do not write reviews, but I ordered an arrangement for a dear friend's funeral. I wanted something that was a little elevated and not the typical arrangement you see at funerals. Unfortunately, was disappointed in the arrangement that was received for the $200 + delivery fee that was paid. The first issue was the size of the arrangement, it looked more of a standard arrangement rather than the deluxe that was paid for and shown online (may have been due to the droopiness). I had the arrangement delivered the afternoon before the funeral due to it being an early morning service and wanted to ensure that they were there. Upon seeing the arrangement this morning, let’s just say there was little to no “perkiness” left in the flowers or fullness in the arrangement, all starting to wilt and droop. I understand time is of the essence when it comes to cut flower arrangements but was anticipating the arrangement to be able to hold its own a little better. Saw many other arrangements from other local florists that I know were a fraction of the price that I paid here, that were in much better shape (yes, I am aware that different flowers have different price points and hardiness to them and that can play a factor). I was excited to order from Perfect Petal because their work is beautiful. Quite bummed that it turned out this way."

"I purchased my bridal bouquet from perfect petal and cannot say enough good things! The girls here are so personable and truly make you feel taken care of. I walked in without an appointment and was set up immediately with my order. I was able to email over inspiration photos after placing my order so my bouquet complimented the rest of our floral. The whole process could not have been easier, and the bouquet came out so gorgeous! Support this adorable West Highlands small business!"

"I placed my order 3 months in advance for a neutral/beige bridal bouquet. I was asked what kind of flowers I liked, I said peonies. The inspiration photos were all neutral and white colors. The arrangement itself was beautiful but the choice of flowers, quality (brown edges on almost all the larger flowers) and color were not close to what I asked for. Also not one peony. I ended up going to a florist and fixing the bouquet myself. The staff was friendly and easy to work with but on the day of delivery I was so disappointed in this $200 bouquet."

"We chose The Perfect Petal for our wedding florist. I chose a micro package and they were very helpful in providing options for just what we needed. The day of set up and delivery were on time. The arch was not exactly what I had shown but it was still very pretty. The table centerpieces, candles, boutinerres and bouquets were very pretty. The only drawback was the corsages lost their flowers within minutes of my mother, aunt and mother in law wearing them. My favorite piece was the sweetheart centerpiece. It was stunning. All in all, I was very happy with The Perfect Petal."
