"Employee working on 7/7/23 at 5 pm just costed you a sale. I was trying to purchase something with United e voucher( which is a virtual master card), and she refused to serve me stating that she knows better and been doing it for 10 years and we all travelers are like that. I walk out and purchase similar item in the store across. See receipt below. As a business owner myself, I would happy to know when my employees sabotaging my company."

"The owner is a piece of work. Didn't have the item I wanted in store and wouldn't offer that I might find it online. She didn't want to because, as she kept repeating, she's "a pop-up shop." I ended up finding exactly what I was asking her for online. You're better off ordering online from the parent company than giving this woman your money."
