"My Fiancé and I talked to a professional young man about the poor quality of my temporary engagement ring. We were both kind and before I could finish my sentence lori the old unkind, unprofessional manager stepped in. I thought maybe she was having a bad day but since reading all of these comments my judgement has changed. My Fiancé bought my ring in November 2023. He asked about how to care for it and if it would tarnish. The woman that helped him said that it was 100% sterling silver and it would not tarnish. He was also told that crystal can not get wet. I have always removed my ring before cleaning or washing my hands and the bottom of my ring is turning copper. I was not looking for a replacement I just wanted to know why we were told it would not tarnish? Lori said there was nothing that she could do and that none of her staff would have told us that it was sterling silver. Lori is not suitable for this management position as I would not make something up, she had a bad attitude and instead of assuming I wanted a replacement she could have asked or let me finish my interaction with the young man that was helping me. The ring was quite expensive for being poor quality. Unless you want to spend $100+ for a ring that will tarnish and the crystal possibly falling out I would not buy anything from swaroviski. We wanted my ring to last a while. I work with children and I'm constantly using my hands. So this is just a bummer."

"We had a wonderful experience working with our retail associate. He was so kind, easy going, and not pushy. We paid for our watch, and he went to the back to remove a link. His manager, an older white woman wearing black came out. She proceeded to ask a series of weird, rude questions to my family. She wanted to know if my son was paternally my husbands. She kept mentioning how young we were to have kids, and then asked us both (separately) if we liked being parents. She kind of ruined the experience for us. I don’t know if she suffers from something that makes light conversation hard for her - but she dropped the ball. We were appalled. I’ve gone back and forth on if I should return my $500 watch after such a weird conversation. We left feeling so uncomfortable."

"I had a wonderful experience shopping at this location. Lori helped me find the perfect gift I was looking for. She was super helpful and sweet. I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for, Lori showed me plenty of options. I will definitely be shopping her again!"

"Lori and Seth are extremely helpful and always make me feel like a valued customer. The store is always clean and products displayed impeccably despite all the customers leaving their fingerprints on the merchandise and messing up the displays. Not sure why the store decided to take away the display glass to prevent this. All high end jewelry stores have their merchandise behind display cases. Either way, this is still my favorite store and will continue coming back because of the wonderful customer service."
