"Went on March 16th. Saturday, and they were very busy. Still, I was looking at a suit. A very nice blonde sales lady offered me help. I wanted a black suit but they did not have one in my size. She offered me a navy one instead. It works. Thank you again for being really, really, busy but still accommodating me."

"Update For the past seven months, I realized that the associates girls are unprofessional. Rarely great customers and no help from them. Since this is the last store in Colorado, I tried to support it, also I really used to enjoy shopping there. Last time I came to the store to do return and to try the new arrivals. One of the associate helped me with the return and she told me to go and try the new items at the fitting room, however girl with the dirty blond girl ran to push racks of cloth to block the fitting room. It was 7:40 so I still have a 20 min to try them on but she decided to stop me. Shame on you Old review Unlike the cherry creek mall location, service at park meadows location is great. I never been disappointed with anything. The staffs there are so welcoming, nice and a lot of positivity there. Also you don’t have to pay for parking there. I always been greeting there, knowing about any deal they have, help me with anything i needed. I will keep going there despite of the long drive."

"My girlfriend enjoys shopping here, and every time we go we observe the sales ladies never welcome her or ask if she needs help, never even looks at her to acknowledge her, and they seem to be more interested in chatting behind the counter. It is such an unwelcoming and disappointing experience considering the amount of money that my girlfriend continues to patron to this location. We question whether we can continue to support this location due to the lack of customer service. Even at checkout the sales ladies act as if they have something better to be doing and make her feel like she is causing them the inconvenience which in turn makes her feel uncomfortable, and awkward. I hope this review helps in improving this location, as she really likes the clothing styles Ann Taylor has, however for the amount she spends there, the experience should be far more welcoming."

"I had ordered something online that didn’t fit so I went to the store to return. I looked around and found a few things I liked to try on. Met the lovely assistant Rumor, hope I spelled correct! What a fantastic shopping experience! He recommended the best outfits for my shape and needs. This was one of the best shopping outings I have ever had! Rumor was honest, very helpful and fun! If your looking for a great new wardrobe or just a few key pieces, he is the man and this is the place!!! Highly recommend and I will be back! Thank you !"
