"The top quality of the Brighton collection is known, but I have to rave a second about the staff at this location. My sister and I were in there so she could shop for a new bag, and the wonderful ladies (I wish I could remember their names) were some of the most pleasant and delightful people I've met. They really took care of us, and for that alone, I will brave the mall and go back."

"Honestly, a great store. Very polite and considerate staff, always nice to talk to. The purses and items for sale here, but especially the purses, have an attention to detail and craftsman ship you don't see too often. Now, they aren't bulletproof. You aren't getting purses to survive a hike up a Fourteener. But they are sturdier then the cheap things you get on Amazon these days. And better designed. The warranty repair service they offer my wife has made use of and they do a good job. Overall it's the combination of product and service that makes these purses worthwhile. And sometimes you want a cute purse without letting the world know how much money you spent on it or might be carrying in it. These are solid products and they make the wife happy. And honestly the store is cute and nice to visit. She likes finding all the little bugs painted on the walls."
