"I've been to this location a handful of times and never have I had a good experience. To the point that I've delayed getting my ring re-sized for almost 3 years simply because I didn't want to deal with the previous sales people that were there. After hearing there was new management at this store, I went back in and was so pleasantly surprised! Constance and Francia were so kind and beyond helpful. We had a few questions and both women were very knowledgeable and kind in their responses. My 3 young children were with me and instead of treating us like we don't belong there, they both interacted with my kids and truly made me feel important and that our presence was worth their time. A COMPLETE night and day difference to what I had experienced years ago. I love my ring and can't wait to wear it again! Kind workers make all the difference and I am so thankful!"
