"It's 11:10 pm, and I was outside in the cold with my family members just waiting around wondering where the 11pm bus was, that was supposed to be out on route at 11pm. No one from the business let anyone know that the bus was not going to make it in because it broke down. If it was not for a lady that came out to tell us to come in because they found out that the trip was canceled! We would have still been outside waiting around with the luggage expecting for this bus to show up. It is common sense to let your customers know! that the trip is canceled. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism this business has. For now the woman inside just told the customers to take a card and check in the morning!? The least they could do is give the customers a courtesy call and full refund."

"Santiago express, worst service ever, very unprofessional and rude. Family members traveled to Durango Mexico on one of their busses they traveled with a 1 year old baby and were kicked out of the bus at midnight in Ciudad Juarez over a disagrement with immigration fees and were left there in the middle of nowhere with a baby and they didn't care. what kind a person or company does that? used a lot profanities and only care about money, outrageous fees. Do not travel with them you will regret it."

"Sent a package to Durango with these people and after 3 days all she can tell me is I don't know where the package is and you are going to have to figure it out. So know that they provide packaging service and accept payment but can't provide delivery information and CAN'T GUARANTEE DELIVERY?! What a bunch of bull!!!"
