"No refund for cancelled order. This business is dishonest and horrible. I cancelled an online order within one minute of placing it. I received an email confirming my order was cancelled, however, two days later I still have a charge of $150 on my cc that they refuse to remove. I spoke with customer service twice, including a supervisor and he was rude, aggressive and horrible to me. Wouldn't even listen to me and told me that it was my CC's company fault. I called my CC bank and they said absolutely not, that they can give me the refund immediately but they choose not to. I will now have to dispute this charge just to get back money that is mine. This store is horrible. Please do not shop here unless you want to lose your money."
