"The first interaction with this company was pleasant. The tech came out found the problem and ordered the part. This is where the issues started... I went weeks and maybe even months without any sort of follow up, I called several times and was always told the manufacturer shipped a broken part. Had the part randomly show up at my house, the company had no idea it was being shipped to my house. Pretty sure all the other info was BS. Tech comes out and replaces the part l, all good right?! Wrong shortly after and 1/2 month outside of the manufacturer warranty the same problem is back and now it's even worse. (See video) Called the service repair company, left two voice mails and never heard back. Called again today and they said "sorry you are now on the hook for all charges" so much for workmanship! They didn't even want to help. Do yourself a favor and skip this company."

"Dan from Appliance Service Company came out to diagnose my oven because it wouldn't stay alit. He gave me a call before arriving, and swiftly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He also offered great advice for my stovetop. Dan was super careful in pulling out my range as to not scratch my hardwood floors and when placing it back, he put pieces of cardboard on the feet to prevent scratching the floor. So professional, so kind and thoughtful! I highly recommend this company for your appliance needs!"
