"I am hosting a pizza party for our daughter's wedding. I have commercial ovens on our back porch. When I made a reservation 10 days ago, I informed the company of both items. Today, with 8 days to go before the party, they sent a text saying they are not currently servicing residential customers. 8 days before! I called them and said I'd pay a premium...they said "sorry for the inconvenience." No suggestions, no recommendations, but no service. I hope this helps prevent pain/anguish for someone in the future."
