"I have been shopping here for a year and a half. Today when I went in they placed a note on the credit card machine that said "due to inflation costs, 3.1% will be added to your bill." I asked why and was told "cash is king, it is better to pay with cash." I don't think this is fair. Given the fact there are a number of liquor stores in the area, I won't be shopping this store."

"Same as another review I just saw. It’s been almost 2 hours since I ordered through Drizly and no one will answer the store phone. Last update I got was that it was packed so obviously there is someone at the store and I get being busy but calling over the last 20 min and still no answer is a joke, unprofessional and down right rude to customers."

"Very off putting woman.. rude customer service when I asked her about what kind of peppermint schnapps they have for a white Russian twist I wanted to try. She said with raised eyebrows that She had the shots- she could give them to me but She didn't have white Russian shots.. maybe She didn't understand me? I looked right next to her and there was a little Arrow bottle right there.. that's what I was asking about. She gave an odd look to another customer while I was waiting to be checked out and I heard her say to her co-worker "make sure you check her ID.." I asked to add on vodka, she practically barked "what kind?!" At this point I picked a litre of Absolute, my total was around 16 dollars she started acting nice and said she just thought it was weird cuz the guy in front of me asked about the same thing but even if so.. She really just made me feel uncomfortable for no reason."
