"The cashiers at self checkout honestly ruined the experience for me. I go out of my way to visit this location. Every time I go they take forever. It would be faster for them to just lets us go to the next available register. They think we can’t and therefore make us wait for them to tell us which one to use when they have 4 open.. the lady was rude to me when she was too busy doing small talk so went ahead to the register and she made me come back and show her my card. Does the front entrance not do that already???"
"My wife and I have kept the same executive club membership for 7 years and have always shared the Household card since we live under the same roof. Looks like Costco is into maximizing corporate greed and give less to their customers. After 7 years of spending thousands of dollars at Costco, I was turned away at the self checkout and customer service line from checking out because my name wasn’t on the card and hers was. If Amazon lets members of the same home share an account, I should be able to share a card with my wife. I’ll choose a different route for purchasing goods moving forward, never again Costco. Stop making paying customers feel bad for using their membership."
"I have loved and shopped at Costco for over 20 years, but their customer service has become lacking. I understand the need to enforce not using other people's membership cards, but they clearly have not figured out how to respectfully and properly enforce that. Twice now I have been told by the person checking cards by the registers that I am not on the associated account, and then referred to the service desk to get my own membership. Then I go to the service desk and they say that I am on the account. Not only are the people checking cards incorrect, but they are rude, dismissive, and not interested in actually solving the problem. Hopefully it's just an issue with this Costco, otherwise I will stop shopping here altogether."

"I mostly go here for the optical department; that being said, I always find that they are professional and courteous behind the counter. There was a small issue with one of my contacts I ordered and Nicholas handled it swiftly and kindly. I usually deal with I believe her name is Kim and she’s always super polite and efficient."
