"I lived there 2 1/2 years and since Griffis-Blessing acquired the propriety 2 years ago, the apartments they have steeply went downhill. They stopped taking care of the grass, all of it turned to weeds or dirt because they refused to water it for an entire year. They don’t enforce any parking rules so good luck finding parking after 6 pm. The management doesn’t care that people store broken vehicles in parking spaces and they refused to address any of it. Also, management doesn’t enforce dog owners to pick up their poop, which made the premises have poop everywhere. Disgusting. Plus, they make you pay for trash services. It says in the lease that trash is included as part of the rent, but they slapped an addendum stating that you’ll pay an additional $35/month for “valet trash services”. I’m fairly certain that they’re leaving themselves open to legal repercussions by doing that. They have a fitness center but it closes at 6 pm when the office does, so it’s useless if you work during the day. Lastly, the front office shuts down ALL THE TIME. No joke. Almost every weekend there is some reason that the office staff have to all be out. Recent example, had a packaged delivered and the office accepted it before shutting down for a 2-day corporate event. Plus, it’s way overpriced. I could write a book about all the bad things there. Do not rent there. You will regret it."
"I cannot express how much Brandon and Aubrey have helped my little family! They both have been absolutely wonderful and we LOVE this Community! We are very happy and thankful to be living here!"
"It has taken me a bit to write this because I was waiting for "change". Let me start by saying I lived at this property when it was managed by Griffis Blessing. I loved it!!! I was treated like a person and not money. Then it was sold and I had to move away. So I am back and decided to come back. OMG, the worst decision I have made in so long. First the fees what in tarnation is that? Over $90 was added to my rent before the water, trash gas bill. Before my separate utilities, I am paying over $1500 for a one-bedroom that was listed for $1368. There is a fee for valet trash the dumpster is literally around the corner of the unit. I don't use it, don't need it but still required to pay for it. Then I locked myself out of my unit, the emergency maintenance phone just rang to the office phone, I sent work orders no response. then two days later I got a response from the manager who by the way was rude. Seemed like he was calling me a liar low-key. Then tells me they do not provide lock-out service. Then what the hell am I paying fees for? Second, when I did the tour of the unit I was told I was not going to get that unit it was to be another. During the tour, I noticed so many flaws in the unit that needed repair. Then I sign my lease and get keys and it's that damn unit!!!! I entered a work order for one week of living in the unit. It was dirty, with holes in the screen, the laundry door off track, the disposal not working, the shower leaking, the bathroom not renovated correctly or completed and the list goes on. Thirdly, I was given an amenity key and it doesn't even work!!!!! I know this is long but I am so unhappy and will be turning in my 60-day notice just gotta find a place first. If you are looking at renting do your research. I should have."
"I moved into my apartment December 18th and have not had heat since. I went the day of the move in and told the office. When maintenance came they informed me they were aware of this situation for four days and still allowed me to move into an apartment with out heat. The assistant manager is incredibly hard to contact. I’ve been reaching out multiple times and each time I get a response that shows they do not care about their residents in the slightest. My apartment also came dirty with a lot of damage. I assume that if the managers house didn’t have heat for weeks in the Colorado winter they would want fast and efficient replies. Since it’s not them though, I assume I will just keep freezing and calling the leasing office every day. They truly could not care less. I have never tried to be difficult or write reviews but this is just awful. Here are photos of my apartment the day I moved in for reference on how this apartment is the most low down, grimey scam complex to ever lease from."
"Not a decent place in town-car got broken into and of course there’s zero cameras. While we were living INSIDE the apartment, they decided to do a full renovation which led us and our 2 dogs to have to find different living arrangements for 3 days. The renovations were poorly done. Painted countertops, flooring peeling off the ground, and paint all over the place. They ended up having to redo it 6 months later and we had to leave our apartment…again. They didn’t refund our deposit and won’t for anyone else who decides to live her because “the people who clean the apartments after move out charge about $240”. It’s a rip off, the apartments aren’t that nice, and it’s in a dangerous part of town. Hannah was great, but that’s about it."
