"When I was in the breakfast area hearing one of the staff members yelling about their credit card machine. Over and over about how mad she was. Her tone was way and over the top. I left and could hear all the way down the hallway. She could be upset without bringing everyone in the building into. Listening to the loud month woman was to much. She wanted to be way too extra. It was with the entire staff meeting they had out there for us all to be apart of. I dont like yelling with someone trying too hard to be that extra. We will stay at another place next time. The same sausage breakfast was not good it was yucky. Breakfast crew was nice, friendly and kind. I cleaned my own room as the garbage cans were so small. The fridge is one you have to turn on every 2 hours to keep it cold. A few of the people were really nice, but too many things not good."
"Do not stay here! Worst experience ever! They staff doesn’t know what they are doing. They charged me 4 times! So much, my credit card put a fraud alert on and declined purchases. They could not figure out how to rectify it. Very, very poor service. Also, they said breakfast would start at 7, and was never on time with huge groups waiting to be served. If you are in a hurry, get breakfast elsewhere. Worst hotel experience and would not stay here ever again!"
"Raphael provided great customer service from check-in to check-out. He also provided great information to me and enhanced my experience! The rooms were clean and the beds were great!! This location is definitely 5 Star!!"
"Our stay started with an unprofessional experience with management talking about us to a newer team member right in front of us in an uncomplimentary and accusatory way. This behavior seemed drastic coming from the Four Seasons hotel in Denver. Our stay was not great. It was loud, barking dogs from 6-9:30pm. Breakfast was crowded. We had to take a couple of trips to bring items to our vehicle before we checked out. Our key cards no longer worked 30 minutes before check out. We were locked out of our room and no one at the front desk to assist for several minutes. This made us late for our appointment across town."
"Do not stay here. There are much better hotels in the area for the same exact rate. I stayed here for 5 days/four nights for a work trip and was very disappointed. They advertise that rooms get a light refresh from housekeeping every other day, which I was more than fine with. Come the third day I was there, housekeeping had not been to my room so I went to the front desk and asked that it be done the next day. The next morning, I even called the front desk to confirm housekeeping would be there as I was out of toilet paper, had no clean hand towels, and my trash was full (they have the tiny trash cans). I was gone all day at work and came back to the room and all that had been done was the towels were folded/switched out. I still had no toilet paper nor was my trash emptied. I called the front desk and asked for toilet paper and they said, ‘You will have to come down to get some.’ Begrudgingly, I went down to get it and informed them what was going on. A front desk employee apologized and said that they would send someone right up to refill the paper products and empty the trash. No one came. I even saw a house cleaner on my floor soon after and no one came to my room. I felt like my room was invisible, it kept getting missed. They also charged me two days of parking and I had no car – I was there for 5 days/4 nights total so it was like they just picked random days to do the car charge without even asking me if I had a vehicle. Overall, very second-rate and I would highly suggest finding somewhere else to stay when you are in the area."
