"Do Not Stay At This Hotel! When we walked in no one addressed us we had to get the persons attention. It was visibly dirty. They had computer issues and after waiting for awhile they said we could go up to the room. There were cigarette burns in the blankets. The furniture was torn and dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. We went back downstairs and cancelled the booking immediately. Stay anywhere else. This place might as well charge by the hour."

"The outside of the hotel is a bit rundown and the area is dirty. The parking lot is tiny and there isn’t much space for cars to pass one another. The receptionist when I checked in was a kind gentleman. He asked for a $50 deposit fee but would only accept cash for it, which I thought was odd. I don’t recall anything on the reservation or hotel rules stating they need a deposit in cash. The rules I told were no smoking and no visitors. I don’t smoke so I don’t care about that rule, but the “no visitors” rule is very weird. I’ve never had a hotel say that visitors aren’t allowed into one’s room. As made our way to our room, I noticed that the walls, carpet, doors, and various other appliances are old and need to be remodeled or updated in some way. When we got to our room, we found two thick, black hairs on our bedsheets (pictures attached) before we laid down or sat down on the bed. The soap by the sink and in the shower comes in little dispensers which are great at minimizing mess and give the room a more modern and clean feel. Overall, the stay was alright."

"Our room was nice and clean. The location is good. Pet friendly. The staff was helpful when we needed anything. Breakfast was available, but I would love to see healthier options."

"I have stayed in a number of "high class" motels through the years. But NONE matched the personal attention of this small, modest little family-owned motel. Every evening, when I came into my room the bed was neatly made, the towels were freshened, and all was straightened up as if it was to be my first night. The folks at the desk were welcoming, pleasant, and wonderfully personable. This will be my "go to" place when I visit the Springs again. Not fancy, but very comfortable."
