"Been here for 1 1/2 and every bad review is absolutely true. Talk to the tenants or don't cause there's also alot of druggie that live here. . But the bugs live in the walls and no matter how many times you bomb it wont matter ..they have lived there for yrs.. there's black mold .. there's electrical issues, no thermostat for ur heat so good luck thinkin u can control it ever... the office manager is replaced ever couple months to avoid responsibility for the issues. And don't drop ur rent off in the drop box.. they will "not find it""
"This place sucks!! The management truly is terrible, do not live here. They do not care about the tenants safety. They do not shovel the walkways (I broke my arm because of it). On multiple occasions homeless people have been sleeping in the hallways. Whatever you do don’t live here it’s worth 100 more bucks to live somewhere with competent management. Parking enforcement is also a joke, I came home one morning for an hour, my car was towed. I call the towing company and they tell me that the property manager called and had my car towed. Property manager denies they had it towed, while people park in the spot I was in every single day without repercussion. It makes zero sense. DO NOT LIVE HERE !!!!!!!!"
"This place is a complete joke. All the negative reviews are 100% accurate. There is indeed an infestation of bugs. Massive heating and cooling problems. Absolutely no maintenance repairs. No matter how many complaints or orders are put in. If you dare exercise your rights as a tenant then you will be given, not served, a paper stating and I quote "YOU WILL NOT APPEAR IN COURT IN PERSON EVEN THOUGH THE SUMMONS YOU WERE SERVED WITH SAYS TO APPEAR." To manipulate a tenant not to appear for a summons is beyond belief at this point."
"Never brought a dog on property. The manager will take the word of other residents. The dog can be seen on your cameras going under a fence. I also spoke to them about this. Please do not lie without looking at the cameras yourself. You could also look at the 2 cameras at each end of the building to see me NOT walking in with a dog. No, I didn’t take the dog through either of the 2 windows. Also, you already sent it to collections well before the 30 days. Also lied about reducing payment after I moved out. Very unprofessional"
"Before you sign your lease try to speak with residents to know which reviews on Google are realistic and how the management actually behaves. Management believes that any measure of improvement means they're excelling and should be praised. Write everything down because management may accidentally misinform perspective tenants. Managements responses to negative posts should be read. It depicts a level of unfamiliarity with the business and inability to respond professionally to a situation out of their control. SAFETY\CODE VIOLATIONS: The only fire extinguisher in the building is expired (unsafe for use). Its at the bottom floor of a 3 story building with 36 units. Building not to code. Broken handrails in stairwell. Exposed nails on bare plywood, soaking up human\pet\and refuse juices. Dangerous health hazard. Many major issues are not fixed. They are painted over or ignored. 1. Management: Owner is a rude/errogant and would best be avoided. Office and facility staff have only been established within the last few months (January) and say they're weeding out problems in staffing and logistics but are floundering. The age of the complex and horrible condition of the facility and amenities make progress incredibly slow. Management does not follow the schedule it drafts and does no care about posted hours of office, facility, amenities, or granted access to the building. You will be locked out early and they will be opened late. 2. Rent: Money orders are the ONLY accepted method of payment. Rent is due by the 3rd of every month. You are given your rent total the day before its initially due, on the 1st. You have a 3 day window between recieving your new bill and when it being late\fined. Good luck if you move here and rent is due near a weekend or holiday. You may only have one day to pay your rent. 3. Repairs: Water can be shut off every Tuesday and Thursday for the entirety of the business day without further warning. Hall carpets were torn up to be "replaced". That was months ago. Multiple half completed repair efforts because maintenance are untrained and under-qualified for the task. Repairs go neglected or unfinished. I've been waiting for them to repair the closet door they took for 4 months. Email every request. Management will blow you off. 4. Cleanliness: Roaches are everywhere. Feces in the stairwell, garbage, rotting liquid, You will need to buy pest control products on your own. There are pest services but they arent checked up on and havnt worked from what ive heard from other tenants. Management has tried to call me out on pest control in their response. I most certainly have not called for their services in months because the two times they came out we're completely ineffective. I dont live in filth so Im not waiting over a month for them to sort themselves out. I have since found more successful solutions. I went from seeing roaches scatter everywhere to seeing one every couple weeks or so. 5. Crime: Fights, screaming, pounding on doors and walls, drug activity, and a frequent police presence. Ive seen meth heads in the halls, homeless kicked out of the laundry, and people selling outside. -Addressing managements response- Family - My condolences. However, in way of an excuse, its only viable if this was an isolated incident, not a weekly\daily one. Office's response in general to this post shows lack of professionalism that mirrors their performance. Your THREAT to terminate or not renew my lease because of my "unhappiness" is laughable and absolutely recorded. I'm sorry you feel that way about my review. I have never spoken with management outside of business hours because ive only ever emailed or called the office phone. I'm not here to fight with you. Im here to give you a check and go home. From what ive seen here, all i want from you is a receipt each month. Leave me out of it. To be clear, this conversation is over. You are permitted to address any further concerns to my email.
