"If you love horrible management and cockroaches, this apartment complex will give you the time of your life. The new management as of February 2024 has absolutely no idea what is going on. They all carry around iPads but if you ask a simple question about your lease they suddenly have no idea how to access your file or give you the answers you have a right to know. Apartments 311, 111, 112, and 214 known to date have been having terrible cockroach issues and I know of residents in each building having cockroach infestations from asking around while residing there. We experienced about 5 cockroaches a day since day 2 of living there with pest control visiting as often as possible (professionals, not the apartment’s bug guy). As soon as you move food in you’ll have about 100 unwanted guests crawling into your kitchen. If you think this is the next home for you I would highly reconsider a less incompetently managed apartment complex. I’ve included a picture of what the counter looked like after removing a roach hotel from our countertop corner, it’s just ridiculous how many roaches are in the walls of this place. Last but not least, if you plan on getting your deposit back, they plan to keep adding charges to your move out statement to make you owe them more than the deposit was worth, which isn’t surprising but is definitely the cherry on top for our situation. "Mariah, is very understanding about everything. I was able to move in with a voucher and she completely understands everything. Update: New management sucks. They haven't intoused themselves and don't care about the well being of their residents."

"Hello! I have left many messages and put in multiple requests. My heat has not worked since Tuesday the 16th. My apartment is reaching temperatures 50-55 at night. There are multiple leaks in my apartment that have gone unaddressed for over 6 months. Anyway, you might wanna come check the door. The county left some mail for you. You have my number, call me."
