"Nobody is ever in the office! I’ve gone in multiple times to have them adjusted my rent since I signed up during a promotion. Either no one is or the person in the office doesn’t have the ability to change my rent amount."
"We were charged for a month of rent after we already moved out. And for a week now we've been told the supervisor(Vanessa) is out office. We've been given lies as to why we're not able to contact Vanessa (either "sick", holding interviews, etc. and then never calls us back. We also haven't been given our security deposit back. DO NOT RENT HERE we've experienced flooding and drain overflow almost every other week since we moved in. Very gross. And Management is awful."
"Although this was an ok apartment, there have been just so many issues that have arisen over here. Laundry room has oftentimes had broken washers and dryers for so many months as even when there was another washer open, it has been filled with water for so many days. Couple of the dryers has just taken too long to dry even when putting heat to the highest settings. When my cooling system was not cooling properly in summers, maintenance repairs were very slow as it took me multiple service requests to get the root cause behind that. Oftentimes people left doors open for the buildings that were supposed to be secure. My dishwasher has failed to dissolve my tablets multiple times even with hottest settings, hot water sink rinse, garbage disposal, and proper organization. Parking gates have not even operated for many months. I would think twice before renting here."
"What about cold drafts driving up heating prices and damaging your health? How would you like to live in a community that is so toxic from Managerial mistreatment that your neighbors are afraid to talk and make eye contact? How about being assaulted and overrun by a never ending stream of transient junkies and schizophrenic maniacs? What could possibly influence a customer to believe that these are conditions suitable to human habitation? Question you will do well to ask prior to doing business here."
"If I could leave zero stars I would. I started off at their sister property, The Carlson. On my move in day, I went into my unit that was dirty, the cabinet drawer was broken, and tub was a pink color. I was then moved over to Stone Canyon because not only all the things I listed above, but they had falsely advertised on The Carlson’s website there was a dishwasher in their one bedroom when there was not. I have lived here since July of this year, and in that time, they have not reimbursed me for the over 1200 dollars that they owe me despite MULTIPLE efforts in contacting not only Brenda, the manager, but also Cindy, the regional manager. You can almost never get things resolved in a timely manner. When you try to go to the leasing office 9 times out of 10, they will be closed or on an almost 2-hour lunch. At one point in my lease, I lost power to half my unit, and they just didn't have an on-call maintenance technician, told to me by the office staff working at the time. We had to get ahold of the regional to get someone out to fix my unit. The grounds are always covered in trash and dog poop. There is a "dog park" that is covered in dog poop from residents just not picking up after their dogs. There are no repercussions for not picking up after your animals. We have a remote to get in the gates for security, but since living here the gates have been broken 3 out of the 4 months, despite this being brought up to management. As stated before, your concerns are left to the wayside, and they MIGHT be resolved in 90 days or more. All in all, this experience has made this of the worst places I have ever lived."
