"Do not move here if you like your car and don't want it broken into. I've had my car broken into twice in less than two months. This time they destroyed my car and it's not drivable. The first time I slept in my car for a week. This second time they ended up vandalizing 7 cars that I know of. The complex will NOT help! They say they have security but I've been in my car numerous nights and have never seen it. They charge 85 dollars for a month of trash. That's not in the lease and changes monthly. I Do NOT feel safe here and they will not let me out of my lease!"
"I’m actually a secret auditor we received multiple calls and concerns and this property is a bit extreme with how dirty and unsanitary it is especially for children. We’ve witnessed several violations while inspecting this property and we are definitely doing something about it."
"They steal from disabled people. I have a lease that says otherwise. And proof of pet deposit being taken for a service animal. When you try to resolve a issue they hang up on you and lie on Google reviews about you not being a resident."
"Living in these apartments was one of the worst experiences I have had. My wife and I moved in sight unseen in 2021 from out of state due to its proximity to our jobs. At first it didn’t seem to bad, the property manager and assistant were nice and very helpful. The maintenance lived onsite and was very prompt. After a few months the property sold and went under new ownership and management. Almost immediately after this change the apartments took a turn for the worse. We had plumbing issues regularly, once the whole first floor of our building flooded and no one could get a hold of management, the city had to come out and turn off the water until the next day during business hours. Around Christmas time a family was displaced because their entire apartment ceiling had collapsed due to frozen pipes in a vacant unit upstairs. This kind of destruction exposed other tenants to asbestos as there were signs posted everywhere. On top of this, the onsite office is never open and no one ever answers the phone. Once a package was delivered to the office and after WEEKS of no one being there we gave up until 6 months later another package was delivered and the first one was given to us at that time. Dog owners do not clean up after their pets so you can’t open windows without smelling feces especially during the summer time and management does nothing about it. We dealt with water being shut off on several occasions with absolutely no notice at all. We lived for three months without use of our kitchen due to a huge leak under the sink and our dishwasher not running, several maintenance tickets would be put in and closed weeks later with absolutely no contact from management or maintenance. And still it’s nearly impossible to reach someone at the office. Finally our last straw was when we had a leak in our bathroom ceiling, we immediately put in a maintenance ticket, as usual a slow response time. After two weeks maintenance shows up to look and while they were looking a section of ceiling collapsed. Maintenance was unable to find the source of the leak and just left. For multiple weeks we had an open hole in the ceiling dripping into the bathtub growing mold and exposing us to the asbestos in the walls. Instead of responding to our multiple emails asking for updates or help management just sent the maintenance man to our apartment to tell us they’re waiting on a plumber. During this ordeal my wife and I began to experience allergies and a cough and decided that living here was going to cost us our health so we immediately moved. I personally believe this entire property needs to be demolished as it’s conditions are not livable and poses a significant risk to it’s tenants."
"They have lots of space and a pool. However, they are right next to a school and major road. It gets crowded. They just installed a locked gate at one entrance, too. Now it's even more crowded. The apartments aren't in the best shape either, but not any worse than any other place I've seen."
