"Place will sign your right up to be in the lease the help you with nothing after that. I'm not even the cynically on the lease I was added to because all tenants didn't sign said legal document. They refuse to show me the document and continue wanting to charge me and keep me on the lease. I'm taking legal action and plan to sue"
"Lived here for not even a month, they were unwilling to work with me or even give information when I was in a dangerous situation with my roommate. Place should probably be investigated, very sketchy and money grubbing practices. Update: still won't cooperate, won't let me see my legal documents what so ever. Going to pursue legal action and attempt to sue such a sketchy place. Avoid this place and any place with the same leasing company!!"
"I have lived here for over 2 years and was one of the first tenants when these apartments were open up for rentals. I have not had any problems so far. The guys at the office are amazing, including Vanessa, Lourdes etc . I really appreciate that every time we have a maintenance problem it is taken care of within hours."
"I have lived here for 2 years now. If you have a choice, consider other places before here. Most people that move in here, often leave before the lease is up, and they're not necessarily moving because of military orders. - You'll see their responses to reviews such as "The care and comfort of our residents is our top priority." This is not the case. Doing the bare minimum that is within the law and their profit margins are. They will also say things such as "come by the office so we can resolve this. Once you get there, they will say "Oh, I'm so sorry, but I can't do anything about that." -The place feels like a prison. There are bright floodlights that shine into your windows, they don't care. It's not illegal so they will do it. The landscape is as sterile as it can be. -Parking is terrible, and they have no intentions of solving that. -The interior is acceptable, but you will notice the issues as time goes on. The structure is shoddy and un-level in most places. For example, you spill water, you might see it running down on a slope because of this. They hire people to do cheap work that lasts for a couple years. Even the caulking in most spots is deteriorating. -Maintenance does respond, and is generally timely when needed. They at least do the bare minimum to not get inundated with lawsuits. -Be aware when it comes time renew the lease, they will strong-arm you and raise the unit rent higher than what they're offering new tenants. Last year, they tried to raise it $300, but were willing to reduce it some. This year, they're raising it around $100, and are unwilling to compromise despite there being cheaper places I can (and will) move to. -I don't know what corporate does to these workers at orientation, but dealing with management is dealing with the most empty people you've ever met. They're not going to work with you, they're not going to communicate with you except when legally obligated, they're just there to collect your rent and any additional fees they can milk out of you. This has gotten worse as time has gone on and ownership has swapped hands. I know the demand to live in this city is high, so I understand it's better to have a place and put up with it than to be homeless, so if you have the choice, find better."
