"I lived here for a little over two years and had no issues whatsoever. No bugs, no nosey neighbors, pet friendly and rent for the space was economical. Yeah there’s crime, noise and you may hear the occasional gun shot. Happens everywhere. Stay to yourself, mind the business that pays you and keep a close eye on your kids. People be flying in that parking lot. Other than that, I felt safer in this area than I did living up north with a bunch of Ken’s and Karen’s."

"These guys just finding any way possible to steal money from their residents. It was first increasing the cost of the washers now turning the heat down on the dryers to get more money."

"You guys have the worst management around. I was informed it would take two weeks for my application to be processed; it took three. And on top of that you want $1,800 just to move in? What part of income restricted do you guys not understand? Especially with how the economy is today. Completely whack, don't waste your time with them."

"I honestly have had the worst experience at summit creek. we moved into an apartment that looked nothing like the one they showed me. I had to call in many maintenance request; the back door wouldn't lock and the stove was lopsided and wouldn't heat. Then two weeks after we get settled, we find a huge bed bug infestation that was there before we moved in! The fact that they had no idea blows my mind, with how large the infestation was, how could they not know. The amount of negligence on the manager's part is incredibly horrible. The property manager was okay with Avenue 5 and 6 star management is even more unhelpful. They denied my request to switch apartments after treatment. I am so incredibly upset. the emotional damage this experience has caused my family, not to mention the amount of money I have had to spend makes me sick to my stomach. I would NEVER recommend this place."

"I'd rate a 0 if I could. The management team clearly doesn't care about their tenants even though, some of us pay full price. Lets start from the absolute beginning. *Ive had a service dog for 3 years now. They gave me constant grief and made me jump through hoops causing more anxiety attacks. not to mention boarding fees for my dog. Countless visits to my doctor to get the "documents" needed. I've literally had all paperwork necessary and have never had issues with any other apartments for my service dog. We threatened to sue, then all the sudden they said everything was approved for my dog. *The parking is ridiculous but its definitely something I can bare. What I cant bare is being harassed by the neighbor children on a daily basis. *Both of my fathers cars have been vandalized. *Rocks have been thrown at our door, and in places where if godforbid we'd been opening the door at that very second, which we were literally second away from(we were getting ready to walk my dog) one of us would be in the hospital. *we've filed police reports and god knows how many reports to the office. I wouldn't even wish my enemies to live here. definition of ghetto, and I know the difference between annoying neighbors and legit ghetto"
