Whitney Young Manor Apartments

"Let me just start with no hot water for laundry! For at least 3 to 4 months now. Not to mention high crime, murder suspects getting arrested by Swat teams coming in with guns to arrest several people for killing 2 teen age children ( NOT! a place for your kids), one male one female, dead! I myself have call the cops and have been put on hold, I have called, and they don't even like to come out to this dump! Had a guy that lived next door to me, he had a motorcycle parked in the back yard and the manager told him that he couldn't park it in his own back yard because the fuel tank would be considered an explosive device and they told him to move it out into the parking lot. So, he did, he didn't want to get into trouble, and moved it out into the parking lot. Guess what? That day he moved it out to the parking lot, and it was gone the next morning; it was stolen. So, if you like high crime, bad management, no cops when you need them, and want to worry about your children 24-7-365 days a year then this place is for you. O and when they walk you through, they will tell you that it's not like it was, and it's much safer here with the security cameras than it used to be. Guess what? They don't tell you that the cameras aren't on. Ever!!!"

"Please don’t live over here. The new property manager is racist fr and she gotten rid of all the good workers.. I’ve been trying to get things fixed inside my apartment and no one hasn’t came its going on 2 weeks. I wish I could make a complaint elsewhere.. I pay rent here and nobody working."

"The townhouses here are pretty comfy. The kitchen is a comfortable size with plenty of cabinet space. I like the breakfast bar a lot since it opens up the space quite a bit. The living room is a comfortable size for a family. There's a W.C. downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. The bathtub is a decent size. The stairs are kind of steep but they're great for exercise lol. The backyard can be used for gardening or cookouts. The neighborhood is mostly quiet so you can peacefully sit outside whenever you want. The rooms are nice as well with plenty of room. The floors and stairs are really creaky so it can sound creepy at night if someone is walking around. Also, the walls are pretty thin so you can sometimes hear neighbors. Overall if you're the quiet type that enjoys a peaceful atmosphere then this is the place for you."

"Came for interview. The property may appear older from the architecture, but it's obvious that it is well maintained. Recent renovations including granite counter tops, staff was friendly and professional, and the grounds are clean and well kept."

"maintenance guys are decently friendly. BUT the office attempted to tow my car while i was visiting my friend for a few hours and as well as threatened them with eviction. SERIOUSLY???? i almost get my car towed? because i visited a friend on a SATURDAY!!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!? as well as my friend getting an eviction notice!?!?!?!??!? i couldn't say hi to my friend in person because i was scared as well as his family was scared that they were getting evicted because i visited them for only a mere few hours unbelievable!"
