"I have lived here for almost 3 years. And I am only leaving due to needing a bigger place. This place is great. Management is great at getting things done if you have a problem. Maintenance is super nice, and they're quick to take care of any problems you may have. There's an app you can use to do your laundry, and it makes things so much easier. I can pay through the app, and I don't even have to leave to get coins. And there is plenty of extra storage in my apartment. They even have a food pantry just for residents that might be having a hard time. And on certain holidays they usually do something a little special. Overall this was a great community to stay in."

"I have lived in these apartments several times. The only reason I left is because I'm on a fixed income now and can't afford the rent. However I loved these apartments!! I never had to wait for maintenance if I ever needed them. And most important to me is NO BUGS!!! Kim is an excellent manager. I have not found affordable apartments with so much storage space as these. I wish I could go back!!"
