Park Ridge Apartments

"I am extremely frustrated. I lived here for 1.5 years and left November 2023. I was informed I would receive my deposit within 60 days at the address I wrote on the form provided. I have not. I have called the number listed numerous times and it is never answered. There is no voice mail. I called the number of the manager, Jennifer and there was no answer. I wrote the office an email yesterday and they did not respond. All I need, is whatever is left of my deposit, if anything. I'm happy to change my review upon receiving communication from this corporation. So far, I'm receiving the run around and it's extremely frustrating and disappointing. When I lived here, the office would be randomly closed. The listed business hours do not match up with the facts of reality. Not cool. I'm happy to change my review, please just fix your broken communication. I thank you. EDIT: I received communication from the corporation and we are getting to the bottom of what happened. It appears they are working to rectify and remedy. I'll change my star rating when I receive my deposit back. EDIT2: The situation is resolved and I have updated the rating. 3/5 because they tried to up my rent by $150. I told them no and to their credit they offered give me the same price for another year. I declined."

"We've been living here for almost 3 years now and honestly I've never had any real issues. And any time something comes up they fix it pretty quickly. Over it's a great complex"

"I have lived here for 3 years. All the old reviews are irrelevant. I have never had an issue. All the staff is super friendly. Never seen any bugs, if I got a noise problem I do what the lease says and go and talk to the neighbor. All these other reviews I see on here either wrote a review on the wrong spot or don’t know what they are talking about. If you’re looking for a good place to stay you found it."

"I have gone back and forth about posting this but I am at my wits end. As friendly as management is, the roach problem has become out of hand at this point and I have been emailing for the better half of a year and I get polite messages thanking me for reaching out but all they do is have Orkin spray in random spots like kitchen and bathroom. I have talked to other pest companies and they have informed me the ACTUAL way to get rid of an infestation and what they’re doing with the spray won’t do anything and that’s very clear since at this point I kill 5-10 a day. I’ve done everything in my power besides hire my own pest company because I don’t feel it’s fair to put that financial burden/ strain on myself. I am losing my mind and have BEGGED the office to tent or bug bomb and they simply won’t. You can be the cleanest person there is and it still won’t matter. Don’t rent here unless you literally want roaches crawling on you. I didn’t pay attention to reviews so I’m including my own pictures so others don’t go through what I have. I’m a perfect tenant whose never been late on rent or had any complaints or issues and even though the office isn’t out right rude. Ignoring an infestation and just insisting I empty my whole kitchen every Friday for them to spray thoughtlessly is flat out neglect and carelessness. Nobody deserves to live like this."

"By far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. From management to maintenance this company is as shady as it gets. Nothing was move in ready nor fixed for the entirety of my lease. After several maintenance requests and a few months I was able to get a working air conditioner and the bath tub resurfaced. From the very start of my occupancy there has been bug problems with the entire building, there has been at-least three exterminator visits in my 6-month stay with Park Ridge. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex to anyone, just keep looking. The office staff are incompetent of running any property effectively. One positive I will say is all the neighbors I had were great, only had issues with the owners and operators."
