"THIS PLACE SHOULD HAVE A LAWSUIT, DO NOT LIVE HERE. Maintenance doesn't fix anything. They harass you over visitors, and will evict you for it. During the winter, you'll get at most 10 minutes of hot water per person and have to wait 30 min in between. They provide zero parking. It takes forever to tow someone out of your spot you paid for, but when you accidentally park where you shouldn't, your car is towed for 350+ dollars. These are slum lords, and the only reason they're in business is people don't read enough reviews."

"Parking is a joke here. Good luck finding a spot near your place. They let people park in reserved spots and don’t ticket or tow anyone with out a parking permit. People have 4 vehicles here which seems unnecessary. Can’t have a reserved spot they’re a month booked up. But they can charge you for the spot you can’t even have. You can hardly understand the lady and runs the front office. We’ve been told 3 different things by 2 different people. No one nor this place seems organized. They’re in a rush to take your $500 dollar deposit when you apply. Not even guaranteeing a place. Can’t keep my place heated to save our life. The air and light gaps in the doors are ridiculous. The three stacks of weather stripping does no good. Called maintenance 2nd day here and still nothing from maintenance. Shows you how they run things and how much they care about their tenants. My fourth day here."

"The Beverly Place Apartments is comfortable nice complex. Unlike most apartments this one offers a patio, fire place (I believe in select units), new updated basketball court, gym, pool, washer and dryer or oniste if you prefer better and more options. We always felt safe with the night time security patrol and towing availability. Specious rooms for your spouce, child and pet if you have one. This complex is located next to several stores which makes this very convenient. The staff from management to maintenance are very friendly and professional and will address any needs you may have."

"I dont know how I feel about Beverly apartments. On one hand I love Bernadette in the front office. But that doesnt excuse the fact that I accidentally overpaid my last rent and have not received my money after 2 months. There is constantly no parking unless you pay an exponential amount for 1 reserved spot. We had no problems INSIDE our apartment because we kept it very clean . Our neighbors on the other hand constantly smoked weed and were never reprimanded so in return our apartment smelled like weed. It's a fine place if you get lucky with neighbors and stick to yourself."

"We have lived here for 2 years now and have had nothing but a good experience. Very quiet all the time, never had issues with neighbors. Bernadette the landlord is very family friendly and the sweetest lady, out of the hundreds of people that rents from her she got to know my family personally and even remembers my son by name. The maintenance team is awesome, we loved Harry. Whenever he saw my family he always smiled and waved and asked us how we were doing. As a military family with kids I would recommend Beverly Place!"
