"Terrible place to rent. Downstairs neighbors are terrible and keep us up all night. They scream at each other and slam doors all night long starting around midnight. Only thing the office has done is given them a noise complaint. IT'S NOT WORTH IT IF THEY OFFER YOU A SPACE IN 4378!!!!!"

"Montebello Gardens is a good place for a first time renter’s apartment. They were friendly and understanding with my needs and assist me with any questions I have. Moving in, it was clean and easily accessible for movers. Overall, it’s quiet and have not had any concerns of safety."

"The leasing agent, Jamie, was so helpful and very patient with me. This is my first apartment on my own and I frequent the office so many times in my first month. She even helped me acquire a reserved parking space. Always smiling and sometimes laughing. I was needy. The maintenance men are friendly and got to my little jobs really quick. I would recommend this complex to anyone."

"We have been here almost a month and we LOVE it! Jamie and Shannon are attentive and personable. I have seen people complain about the noise levels. We live in the back and have yet to experience this problem. We never even hear our neighbors through the walls. Which is great, considering what our last place was like. Bottom line, you will find things you like and dislike no matter where you live, but these guys genuinely care and do their best to make your experience as awesome as possible."

"I have lived here for almost 5 years . I absolutely love it . Shannon and Jamie really listen and work with you and help with any needs you have ! I recommend living here . They have a wonderful playground and pool for little ones if you have them . It’s in a great location your close to so many shopping places . I’ve worked with other leasing / property companies and I will say that Shannon and Jamie bet other properties! My husband and I have made Montebello Gardens our home for the past 4 years , they have definitely made it a home for us !❤️ if you’re looking for a place even for a short while or long term Shannon and Jamie are the ladies you want to see .
