"I lived there in 2014 and 2016. The management invaded my privacy with video and audio surveillance and the pot smoking in the parking lot was a regular occurrence. They showed videos of me to scare kids and ruined my reputation."
"I have lived here over 3 years, and give the manager and all employees a 5 star rating. All employees work above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating, we only have A/C for 4 months out of the year"
"I live here as well...Guest parking has always been in the fenced dirt lot we have at the end of the parking lot by the west entrance to the bldg...free and fenced gate is always open"
"Today I visited the towers for a work related task. I am a disabled Air Force Veteran which requires me to have a service dog. When I arrived I was questioned if my dog was a service animal even though she was wearing a bright red vest that said service animal. No problem. I get asked all the time. When I went to look for the person I was scheduled to meet with (a volunteer) I went to the location where he was supposed to be. He was not there so I returned to the lobby where I was confronted by the front desk clerk and two other employees whispering (but loud enough for me to hear) about me having a service animal. The front desk clerk then stated to me that I was not allowed into the dining area with my service animal. I explained to him that it was illegal for him to deny me access. He said "I know. But you can't take the dog into the dining area." I repeated again that it was illegal and offered him a copy of the ADA law that I carry with me. He did not want it and just kept telling me "I know it's illegal, but this is private property and due to health code you cannot enter the dining area." The ADA law supersedes this fact. I left without being able to do my job. The staff at the Pikes Peak Towers should really be retrained to understand the Americans with Disabilities Act. I'm not sure who the owner is but I would love to discuss this further. This is a straight forward case of discrimination against someone with a disability."
"My Grandma lives here and she loves it. The community is so fun and they are always doing something active. The only complaint I have is the parking for guests."
