"Unfortunately, I am very displeased with this community. To start off, my car got towed the night before Halloween. Did not know that I needed a permit to park MY car in the parking lot. Christmas Eve, my sister comes to visit for the day and four hours later, her car was towed. The first month I was here, My shower had a steady stream of water no matter how tight I tightened it. They fixed it but I lost all water pressure. There is mold on my air conditioner. I reported that in the initial inspection. Still got the moldy air conditioner. Also mold in the bathroom vent. Base heaters are just trash. Never turn off. Oh yeah, another thing, my thermostat has been hanging by wires since I moved in. Looked at the maintenance request I put in nd they say they are already completed. And I can not do my laundry because they keep locking the door to access the laundry room. Overall, my lease ends in July and I will not be staying."

"There are many reasons I give these apartments a two but those are all repeats from above and atleast the owner is willing to respond and ask what and how. I have to possibly even give them a 3 star just because they actually have compassion for those that struggle. I believe that their payment options need to be changed but all in all I have to really appreciate their compassion for people in the aspect of homelessness and when you do get evicted. They tried to be fair and all in all I was evicted because I still had a balance due. The compassion they are giving me and have given me is more than any other apartment that would care. So I thank you and I thank your staff for the compassion you are giving me to have my dignity."

"Living here is a huge mistake. The landlord is incredibly unprofessional and only available 20% of the posted available times. If you try to pay your rent you better hope the landlord is in office. If you try to get help with an issue, the landlord will make it incredibly unpleasant. You will never have any assistance once you live here. The amenities like laundry are nonfunctional and have been for my entire duration here. It seems this place is passed around in terms of who's in charge and nobody here gives a hoot. Do not live here."

"Awful! I lived here a year and recently moved out. Waiting to get my security deposit and they won’t give it to me until I pay my final charges but all charges have been paid. Have tried to call over 100 times and no answer. I looked on my account and they used my security deposit to pay for damages that I was told there were none of. I still cannot get ahold of them, have called every single day 10+ times each day throughout the day several different numbers and never can get ahold of someone or a call back."
