"Would not recommend living here unless you really have no other options. It’s a “gated community” but cars were being broken into left and right. Homeless were always hanging around in the hallways and management basically tells you to fend for yourself when it comes to these problems. There were constant water shut offs for “maintenance issues” and the washers/dryer set ups on the bottom floor of our building would constantly flood the bottom of our stairwell. Neighbors don’t clean up after their pets and I had numerous incidents of having to step over dog poop in my carpeted hallway. This place literally “stinks” lol"

"My husband and I lived there for about 2 years. Staff is friendly and great overall. We had a one bedroom apartment then switched to a two bedroom. Both apartments were great in size for what we needed at the time. The price was great. A nice place that isn’t run down. We didn’t really have any problems with either one of our apartments. Overall it was a good place to stay."

"We originally signed a six month lease for a one bedroom and renewed for another six month. We didn’t have any major problems while living here. Maintenance request was always fulfilled in a reasonable time. There were two case were the were bugs in the apartment, in both case they responded quickly and effectively. I have not seen any bugs since. Parking lot gets pack but was always able to find parking on the side I wanted. Pet friendly. We would renew lease again but our family has grown and need to upgrade to a bigger apartment. There were no two bedrooms available at end of lease. We are staying with the same property management but different location."

"My wife and I recently moved into Prospect Park Apartments. We saw our apartment right after the previous tenants moved out. They had completely trashed and destroyed the living space and carpets. However, when we moved in the apartment had been completely remodeled. The carpets were removed and they replaced it all with beautiful new flooring and new carpets in the bedrooms. The apartment was extremely clean and overall pleasing. I am so impressed with the quality for the price. A huge shoutout to Mariah and Tony! They have made our transition amazing! I would highly recommend this place, they are improving everyday!"

"The place looks nice as its renovated and I got all new appliances as well(oven, fridge). Staff is freindly and helpful and do listen to you if you go to them etc. It's a quiet place to live and no one has bothered me. The kitchen is a good, normal sized kitchen. Renovated bathtub does peel excessively due to whatever paint was used to cover the old finish. A strange leak that I was told is apparently in eveyone's apartment that looks like black mold but is not per maintenance guy... Pros and cons, you know. Overall a quiet place to live that's not ghetto. Renovated 1bed/1ba after utilities runs about $930+ per month."
