"I LOVE this complex so far. I only have one major complaint!!! And that’s the issue with parking!!! I am a female who lives alone. And am a young adult. I hate that if I come home anytime after 8 it’s a hit or miss and a major gamble if I’ll get a parking spot or not. I always turn down spending time with people in the evening because I don’t feel comfortable walking to the complex when I have to park elsewhere due to the lack of parking spaces. The complex should assign ONE and only one spot per apartment. If you have more than one vehicle then you should have to deal with finding parking. But everyone should be given one spot! Or make a deal with the bank where residents can park there during the hours the bank is closed! I know I’m not the only resident who sees parking as a MAJOR issue that needs to be fixed."

"I applied for rental at the apartment and paid over $210 .The Manager kept asking for a lot of paper work and said my coming to the apt would be based on more than the rent and other id. Due to unforseen circustances I was not able to come to colorado again. Madison Delori the manager was very rude when I asked for a refund and said ai will not be getting any money back and thats how they do it i n colorado. they steal your money and you receive no customer relation service."

"I'm impressed with all the new updates that have been made, like the new paint job, reno of the laundry rooms and the new carpet. The management is also great when you're in a tight spot. However recently the door code was changed last minute and we were not notified until I had to call and inquire. Communication could improve."

"I liked the apartment itself other than the kitchen. The kitchens are so small it's impractical. There is no ventilation in the hallways though and we took the long way to our apt because one hallway smells like sausage constantly. The other hallway's cooking smells are pretty gross, but at least they vary. I wish they would put in air filters like they have in the lobby. My neighbor above was very annoying in 415. I hear every step they take. Their floors creak so loud. I hear their bedtime activities. They let their kids run and jump when they're over, which shakes the things on my walls. Madison in the office is very helpful and reasonable. The rent is a great price point."

"I've been here a number of years and this place had had both highs and lows. Management has changed a lot but none of them have been monsters that I've seen in other apartments. Overall the landscape here is pretty, it's quiet (unless right above the playground) and overall fairly nice to live in. One major complaint is parking, like that's huge. We have parking permits but it's bad when we don't have enough slots to have a place to park every night. I'm a lone female that usually has to walk alone and when I have to go off property I don't feel safe. Also for anyone that drives a motorcycle please don't park like this. If people aren't paying attention you might get close to getting hit, plus is deceiving to those trying to find a spot after getting home from whatever it may be."
