"So the tile caved in in the bathroom.. on Oct 23. I reported it the next day. Here I sit Dec 29 th still unable to use the bath. Dec 15 they came to start at 1:30in the afternoon on a Friday.. and said they would be back to finish. How am I paying for a 2 bed 2 bath and only able to use half the bathroom for months?!?"

"The new maintenance guys are awesome. They really have been so helpful. They come in and fix everything and are super friendly and funny. The have been fixing everything the previous guys never fixed and said they did or halfass fixed. I really like them alot and trust them to fix everything. I'm really glad the management saw the problem and got a new crew in."

"Amazing first apartment here in COS! The STAFF was absolutely the best! We moved from Las Vegas and they made it such a smooth move-in process! THE VIEWS ARE AMAZING, honestly breath taking! Unfortunately moving to a bigger home but will definitely miss it!"

"If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible communication. We didn't have a maintenance team for like a month and they didn't tell anyone until after they got a new one. Don't know how to check their documents either. They literally horribly "fixed" one of our towel racks and wound up charging us for it at move out. As well as charged us for a hole that was in a bedroom wall that was there before we moved in. They also had a habit of not being in the office when they were supposed to be. Don't live here, they just want to screw you over. Ever since we moved out, I've been trying to contact them about the things I mentioned before and how we should be getting more of our deposit back and they have ignored every phone call and every email. Thanks for being awful! (Just posting here as well to try and help people)"

"This property is in a great location, shops and businesses are close but apartments are away from major road traffic. Area is quiet usually, I had no problem working from home with minimal outside noise. Office staff, specifically Corissa, is very diligent and made all processes easy for us. Maintenance team has significantly improved, handling all requests in a timely manner and doing things right the first time. I have seen other reviews with a more negative tone, I can not speak for their concerns as I don’t share those opinions but I have had an overall outstanding experience renting here."
