"Run run run!!! Run-down community, transients sleep in the hallways, steal your clothes and drug use and drug selling throughout. You don't get your packages timely and sometimes they get returned because of the locked main entry doors. Sometimes I've had food and regular packages lost or placed outside on the top of the main entry staircase for the taking. They just repainted outside and had a property valuation done by a bank so my guess is they are trying to sell the place, rename it to rebrand it and will raise the rent in an effort to gentrify the place. Washing machines don't work, dryers don't work, the heat you pay for in the apartment don't work and the pool...I lived there for more than 3 years and never saw the pool as it was always locked. One tenant said that when it was open, the pool was dirty. Cars have been broken into. Neighbors are either tweeking or arguing inside or in the streets sometimes 2 and 3 in the morning. The only nice thing I can say about the area is its accessibility to I25 and fast food. My base rent in the first two years, despite timely payments went from 910 to 1460. That's a 60% rent increase. Think about that for a second. No loyalty to quiet, reserved, timely paying residents. Renters beware. You've been warned. There was a significant exodus of tenants when I left."

"We moved in not too long ago, and we haven’t had any problems, our building is pretty chill and quiet, and the neighbors we’ve passed in the hall are very nice. Kyleshia was extremely helpful and friendly, and there was always someone available to speak to when we called. Kyleshia was the one who handled the face to face stuff for our move in as well as a lot of the over the phone stuff, we were grateful they have such a nice staff. The laundromat on site here is nice, the machines are all updated and you can use your debit card which is convenient. It’s a pretty nice complex, we’re a small family with one child, and we would definitely recommend(:"

"Moved out in august and have been waiting for our security deposit and over paid rent check to show up, they claim to have sent it out twice, then had us come pick it up in person. Bank called me this morning to let me know that the check had been voided by them and now I’m filing for small claims court, and if this process continues I’ll be writing to the states DA with proof of court filings and receipts/ copies of the emails. It’s been almost 60 days, at this point it is only right for me to sue them to get all my security deposit back and 3x rent according to my lawyer and tenant laws in Colorado. I’ll delete my review once I get my security deposit and over paid rent back."

"I’ve lived here a year & a half. This place is affordable & cozy. Any issues with maintenance have been handled promptly & if they aren’t they are communicative & sincere. Friendly neighbors, packages have been left at my door & they’re always safe. We have had two car break ins but that’s to be expected in almost any area if not properly locked up. They take care of the landscaping & make it look nice always. I also have a reactive dog & they’re always sensitive to that with kindness & patience when entering my home. I will be living here until we purchase a home in the future. Sometimes it’s hard to get ahold of staff in office but they always call back. Thanks Hyde park north for all of your hard work! ❤️"
