"current tenant here again. I found out the cameras don't work when someone stole my package and wouldn't you know it about 3 week later some body slashed my tired I know for a fact the property manager knew about and didn't bother to call me I had to call her and now its I'm sorry for the way I spoke after a bad review ....hmmm I wonder why. she gave me instructions to follow which I did I called her back haven't heard from her at all and I waited just to see if she would call back. If you decide you want to speak Teresa please do put your number under my comment LOOK MY NUMBER UP and call me Do your JOB!!!"

"Scheduled a tour with the property owner property and they didn't even show up or pickup the phone. Wasted my time! I'm not even overexaggerating when I say I called over 15-20 times over a time span of 2 months and never once received a call back or response. I had to go into the office in person and the property manager honestly just runs this place poorly. Every time I confronted her with the fact I left several voicemails, she would make excuses saying she was running around all day but does see the voicemails yet never responds to them. Also, when I would come in person she was in the office each time and would still not answer the phone. She makes excuses and is honestly extremely unprofessional. The location also has no signs directing you where the office is so it’s a maze when you arrive. Consider twice before even looking here. Especially for someone looking for somewhere to live on such short notice this is completely ridiculous. This property just plays games. Who the hell schedules an tour and doesn't show or answer the phone?"

"The rent isn’t terrible. It’s occassionally noisy, but that’s pretty normal for a cheap apartment complex building. It’s moderately clean, and somewhat outdated, however, it’s cheap. The parking area is gated, which is nice. I’ve lived here for over a year now. I mostly keep to myself, and pay my rent on time, so I haven’t had any issues. The new management company does seem to be doing a better job, however."
