"I've lived here for a few years now and I enjoy it! The location is great and my studio is super cozy. The fitness center is a great amenity that use weekly. Since I've lived here, we've had a few different managers working at the front office and some have been good and others have been not so good. After a long time of seemingly having no one around, Marina swooped in and took charge. She has done such a great job communicating with us for things that need to be done around the building and different things, which was something that was severely lacking before she arrived. I appreciate her care and attention; it makes me feel safe and comfortable living here knowing that we're being taken care of."
"I struggled for 11 months to get my deposit back with no communication from the property and property management team. Finally after not trying for many months I decided on a wim to call back and see if I could get a response. Within 1 minute of talking to Marina she quickly saw that I was correct and worked extra hard and hastily in order to send my deposit across the country. It would be a 1 star if it wasn't for the new property manager Marina! She went above and beyond."
"Got off to a rocky start but things are turning around rapidly. The new building supervisor has done a great job turning things around (Thank you Marina). They have been proactive with solving potential problems and she is taking the time to listen to residents concerns. Well done."
"Me and my wife reside here currently. We had a administrative issue and our property manager Mariana Jones went above and beyond to get the problem resolved. Kudos to her for working diligently to take care of our issue. Thanks much."
"UPDATE: It has been almost 2 months and they have yet to return my security deposit or give me an itemized list of anything it went to. I left the apartment spotless (actually better than it was when I first got there because one of the bedrooms had a faint smell of cat pee and I removed it) so there should be no reason why the money isn’t returned to me. No one is giving me concrete answers so if you move here, don’t expect to get your money back from your deposit anytime soon after moving out which I’m pretty sure isn’t legal. I really liked living at 22 Spruce Apartments for multiple reasons: It was clean and well kept maintenance wise, the apartment I lived in had great space and light, the staff were friendly and helpful and I loved the underground garage to keep my car safe. Both Kimberly and Jade who worked in the front office and for corporate were nothing but positive (even when I had troubles with a neighbor), great to be around, and got stuff done quickly and efficiently when needed. I also want to give praise to the new maintenance man (I can’t remember his name) but he was just as helpful and would always work around my busy work schedule to fix things in my apartment. I would recommend living here simply for that reason. However, I will give a warning prior to moving here that it is not in a safe neighborhood. I was often followed around the neighborhood and had homeless people attempting to follow me into the building. They also hang out inside the closed in dumpster area and in the alley way where both the dumpster and dog potty area reside and harass people. I also did not renew my lease because of the large price hike in rent for renewing (even though it is now on the website for as much as I paid for it last year). I would also caution that if you have a problem that upper manager, Stephanie, needs to handle, I wouldn’t expect a prompt response or much action taken."
