"Do not rent here! I recently moved out of this complex due to the many safety reasons, along with crime, theft, suspicious activity, constant disruption, shootings on & around the property, theft within the filthy buildings, gang activity in the neighborhood! I lived there a year & my lease was up in January but couldn't take it anymore! Along with my fur baby, we were constantly on edge, starting feeling bad healthwise due to the filth! I gave my full 60 days notice & promised to have the early termination fee paid! I am a good renter & always paid my rent early & on time but now they are threatening to automatically turn me over to collections if I don't sign there unrealistic agreement by 12/27/23. I am actively paying on this account & will pay it because I have good credit & advised them that they cannot do that as long as I am paying. Anyway since I have moved out, it's been such a blessing because me & my fur baby finally have peace & feel so much better. I would recommend going to the My Neighborhood Report website & enter the complex address & it will give you all the disturbing activity that goes on in this neighborhood & complex. Just please consider other options before moving into this complex."

"I have lived here for a year and this is hands down THE WORST apartment I have ever rented from. They charged me a 2 grand break lease order fee and did not refund me even though I have been here my entire lease. Threatened to evict my daughter and I if we didn't pay it.. Which makes no sense. My apartment flooded and has still not been repaired or the same SINCE FEB. SHE LIED AND SAID THAT IT WOULD BE FIXED WHEN I PAID. UNTIL I PAID AND THEN SHE REFUSED. AFTER OVER CHARGING ME FOR AN APARTMENT THAT STILL DOES NOT WORK. DO NOT FORCE YOUR KIDS TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. The staff is NOT QUALIFIED. In the least bit. I've had to call and make police reports on the maintenance "man" for entering my home without permission OR REASON at ungodly hours throughout the middle of the night. He has also tampered with our personal property. Thank him for XFINITY having to install locks on the boxes."

"As a resident here, I immediately felt welcomed. I truly appreciate the staff here because they show really care. They are very professional and proficient. And the apartment is beautiful."

"The community here is really nice, the office is amazing and they have been super kind and have worked with my husband and I on a few occasions. When looking for a place to move into for our first place, they were in constant communication with me and answered all my questions. I love that it is gated in and close to a gas station, it’s also close to base. Pet friendly, with a small dog area. This is our first time renting and when reaching out about any problems they have been more than helpful when fixing them (toilet paper holder came out of the wall, and just other small things)."

"very dissapointed with the move out process. i haven’t recieved my deposit back after almost three months and the office was completely unresponsive the multiples times i called in about the deposit. after 60 days they confirmed that they did not check my forwarding address which i confirmed multiple times with the office. either way the deposit was mostly eaten up by fees unbeknownst to me even though i left my apartment in a great condition and requested a move out inspection which was deemed perfect. the apartment charges for absolutely everything, including outdoor lighting. i encountered dumpster divers many times and the gates never closed at night and one of them can only be exited out of. i did have my garage remotes checked after i moved in but did not bother with the office again as i was assured that the remote was fine. overall i would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone i cared about."
