"LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE ! i recently just got back from a military deployment and was so stressed about finding a new place to live and the day i came to look at this place i got approved and move in the next week. Miss Cara in the office has been nothing but helpful, caring and absolutely amazing to me and my child. any time i see her she never fails to make us smile! i highly recommend this apartment complex to call your home! The community is so nice with very nice people!The maintenance team is amazing, i had a few tweaks when i first moved in and they were on top of it so fast to fix the little things. My favorite place i’ve called home in colorado springs so far !"

"This place is great! It was the only place in the area with no admin fees. The ladies in the office were really nice and I found a really nice 2 bedroom apartment. Great experience so far. I highly recommend it!"

"I lived here for two years but had to recently move due to family obligations,, Yolanda is an amazing property manager and I would move back here in a heartbeat,, I loved everything about living here and recommend to anyone that needs a great place to stay!!!"

"NOT the best place for military soldiers who have the possibility to PCS or deploy… even calling ahead by an entire month and making it know that he was deploying (deployment form showed up 28 days before his departure date not 30days) so he was charged for an extra month and a move out fee. Because we all know the military likes to hold out to the very last second with paperwork being sent out. So unfortunately while the place is nice it’s just not that good for military."

"Lived here for 4 years. Was ok just upset thst after moving out they didn’t try to contact me telling me my deposit was fully used and extra charges were added. 6 months later collection notice on a bill I had zero idea about. They could of tried to collect it called, emailed, even mailed since my mail was being forwarded. Some of the charges I didn’t agree with were the carpets being replaced for 1800. 4 years of cheap apartment carpet should be considered wear and tear. Over 300 for illegal dumping outside dumpster. Cannot tell you why they think we did. (We didn’t) my parents actually moved me out due to me being in hospital. When called asking about the bill I got told it wasn’t their responsibility to send me a bill and the call the collection company it’s their bill now. Very upsetting. I would of paid a bill if I knew about it."
