"We moved in a couple years ago to the neighborhood. Since we moved in it seems as if the tendence have stopped using there own parking lot. Taking up all street parking including in front of my house. Twice this week tentence of these aptments has sat for hours in front of my house fighting and arguing very loudly. They through trash in my yard daily. When they walk there dogs past my house they never pick up after there pets. They make it difficult to live in this neighborhood. And apparently dont have appropriate accommodations for there tendence making it the neighborhoods promblem. Very upset neighbor."
