"I was one of the early residents to move in after Northpointe opened this past spring, Jenna, Brittany & Derek (maintenance) have completed transformed the property. They've put in so much work to make sure that the amenities (gym, pool, pet spa) are always kept meticulously clean and are extremely responsive whenever residents need something. Love the location of the apartments. Being 10 min away from Trader Joe's, Petsmart, multiple breweries and Garden of the Gods is so convenient--but they are still tucked away enough to avoid annoying traffic and busyness. The area feels safe enough for my dog and I to walk alone at any time (which is getting harder to do in some parts of the Springs.)"
