"It is so disgusting when you first walk in there's dog hair everywhere it smells it's dirty don't live here!!!!!"
"Not a great accommodation or neighborhood. The facilities are a mess. Quite a few domestics while we were there, though that's not the fault of the owners. Constant marijuana stench. There was a fire during our time here and, several months later, repairs had not been completed (or started in some cases). The rent is low by CO Springs standards, and the location is near UCCS. Property manager is quite nice, but the actual owning company (Weichert) clearly does not care about the tenants (or their own staff)."
