"Let’s see. The good: Apartments have a decent layout. Except the ones on the ends of the 6 wide buildings as they have one bedroom on the main floor and a football field of a basement. Just poor design. The bad: The absolutely PETTY requirement to park your vehicles in your garage, meanwhile there are about 40 unused parking spots that are for “guests only.” You will be towed if you happen to park outside despite these are personally owned properties. HOA is higher relative to most locally of similar condition. If you have tools like most grown men do, 2 vehicles won’t fit. Even two average vehicles won’t fit side-by-side through the door based on garage door width. You must pull in, turn right or left, then straighten out. Stupid design. An inconvenience for sure. Cheap resurfacing of the pool every year despite significant cost to HOA. Leaves your feet and clothes white. Most painting companies know to use a 2-part epoxy to avoid having to resurface every 1-2 years! You have to pay to use the clubhouse, even if you just wanted to watch the seldom used big screen TV on the couches. If I had to do again I’d probably pass on this community."
