"When it comes to maintenance, Management will literally leave you in the cold of winter. We have small children and the heater is not functional for months now and their only response is that they are “waiting on a bid from a vendor”. Totally unacceptable and cheap. Bedrooms struggle to get above 50 degrees and they really could care less it seems. This and MANY other maintenance issues have been well communicated with them to no avail. The cheap front load washing machine was unusable for weeks at move in due to mold infestation which finally had the seal replaced but it still stinks. Could not recommend this place any less. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere."

"I have moved in to Commons at Briargate couple of months ago and my experience has been amazing! Leasing staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have had a couple maintenance requests and they were completed in a timely manner and we received great follow-up! The location of this property is just perfect for us, walking distance to my favorite park where I walk my dogs and very close to all grocery stores! Every apartment comes with an attached garage and my apartment has 2 patios! Me and my family love this place and we recommend it to everyone who is looking for a place to live!"

"Be prepared to have 250$ utility bills in the winter time and that was having the heat being set to 63°. With original leaky windows on these buildings as they're updating the siding right now they should be replacing the windows instead. Maintenance is great though front desk is nice"

"Overall staff was helpful throughout our time here. They responded to Maintnence request in a timely manner, and Riley is a fantastic employee. Although, we had our carpets professionally cleaned prior to moving out to avoid any odors our cats would have left. They were in good shape but we were still charged $758 as they decided to replace the entire carpet. Do not recommend if owning pets."

"I love living here! It has such a good vibe and they’re making tons of improvements to the grounds and buildings. The community manager is super friendly and has a great sense of humor. The pool is awesome too! Highly recommend."
