"Scheduled a tour to view apartments and had it confirmed the day prior. Drove here from Iowa and came to our appointment and got told they had no one available and it would be at least an hour. We have other appointments so that’s not acceptable. Do better with your appointment scheduling!!!"

"The best staff hands down. The Leasing Staff would go above and beyond to help you with any of your problem or questions. The Maintenance Staff always fixes any issue I have within a reasonable amount of time, I've never had an issue that they couldn't solve. Also, the amenities are really good as well and well kept, all in all its a good place to stay."

The walk through went amazing And painless she made sure that all of my questions and concerns were taken care of and answered, I’ve rarely met anyone in leasing that is so helpful and knowledgeable about the property they work with. She knows the place inside and out I hope that she one day manages this lovely property that way she can better assist the residents. "I moved to Colorado, and to this complex, last month. Despite not having previously called, the office lady Kendall still took the time to give me a tour of the place. Kendall was calm, well-mannered and even took the time to sit with me and broke down the cost of living here in order to help me better prepare. If you're like me; English is your second language, small details like this might matter to you as well. The unit I moved into was clean, everything in it works as it should and most importantly it was odor free. Please note, this is not a said and done review; should I get any negative experiences in this place or with the management I will come back here and update my review, so far I highly recommend new comers to town to at least give this place a chance."
