"Lived here for about half a year now, and I can confidently say this has been the best apartment living experience I've ever had. The office is incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any concerns, and maintinence issues are resolved incredibly quick even if non emergent. The apartments are incredibly well insulated which serves to keep AC costs down (which was very nice during this polar storm), as well as keep noise to a minimum (i haven't heard my neighbors through the walls once in the entire time I've been here). Folks are kind, I never struggle for parking, the gym has all the equipment you could need, and amenities are nice. All the things I used to hate about apartment living I don't encounter here, and I'd strongly recommend living here."

"I had an overall great experience living there. I had no problem with them until I moved out at the beginning of April of this year. I was due for a partial refund for my security deposit but I've never received it. I tried contacting them via email and by the phone throughout the courseof the past several months. They ensured me they would send it but now it's September. I haven't received my refund at all."

"I lived here for a year and didn’t have a single problem. I only had to call maintenance once to replace some light bulbs and that was it. The apartment was clean when we got there and had no issues. Our balcony was very spacious with a view of the pool. The closets were huge which I loved. We had tall ceilings and a gas lit stove. The storage in our garage was great as well. We were close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. We also loved walking around the neighborhood since it was so safe. We also liked being by Sonic because it made great late night ice cream trips. I’m in a house now which nothing beats having your own 4 walls but I will say, I do miss our cozy little Woodmen apartment. It got us through Covid and we had a great experience there. Nothing but great memories associated with this complex"

"I have lived here since 2020, and without a doubt, this is the best complex I have ever lived in. The units are huge and well insulated. I honestly didn't know I had a neighbor beside me until 8 months later! My light bill for a 3/2 unit is regularly under $100, and that's with 2 daughters doing laundry every day! Maintenance is on top of any issue that may arise, and the office staff is welcoming and helpful. The rent is worth every penny, and the amenities and activities are are enjoyable. Now if only Reuben would learn to cook Caribbean food!"

"Quite an astounding place to live. After checking out 14 other apartment complexes in town, I fell in love with the the Estates. The staff, special mention to Reuben, treat you truly like family. All of the apartments are updated (you won’t find any particle board in there!) with gorgeous color choices. They hold events once a month which have been the best ones I’ve ever experienced in anywhere I’ve lived. I love how I get the chance every month to meet my neighbors and make new friends in a totally free and fun environment. The gym is perfect with both machines and free weights, the hot tub rarely ever has issues, the pool is consistently kept clean and the grounds is very well maintained. They even deep clean their dog park as often as they are able! They have a fancy coffee machine and snacks always available in their lobby attached to their clubhouse which has a pool table, full kitchen, and private movie theater. Maintenance is on it and more than exceeds expectations. Each apartment has a very open layout which makes the space you get (which is ample compared to many other apts) seem even larger with plenty of space to entertain. They offer garages and while parking can be a little rough during peak times I never don’t have a spot to park. Overall this is the best place we have ever lived, even more so than on base housing. They’ve truly done everything they could to make this place our home."
