""RED FLAG SHADY ESTABLISHMENT" Is there a minus star option? Sad to say this place has the worse staff--Raven and her Boss I forgot her name) I've experienced the worse treatment. I applied initially for an October move in and the next day (I brought the fee for back ground check, filled all the necessary paperwork)I was told the place they booked me in was already claimed. So I kept my cool. I asked, when is the next building available, I'd like to move in as soon as possible. I was told Nov 1.....this all happened last year by the way(2023) long story short, I had made all the arrangements from renting uhaul and getting off from work, only weeks later before the move in date, I was told that was not possible. The person who had made my arrangement was no longer working for them. (Her name was Ashlee how very convenient, they also claimed I needed more paper work)And building that I was put on "was suppose be be done by late December early January" so instead of fixing the mistake they made, they gave me an attitude and were very disrespectful and condescending ( refrain from using vulgarity) making all kinds of excuses not to lease me the apartment. I'm not confrontational but their attitude were ugly, they neither had the ability to understand my situation I was put into, they lack any type of feelings whatsoever. I read some of the reviews, apparently I'm not the only one they were rude towards and experienced rudeness from the staff. (Similar things going on here ) I also witness certain people being treated well, being greeted nicely, but when I came in, totally different mannerisms ....felt the discriminatory atmosphere. --disabled VET"
"First I want to thank God for my new house and the team at Interquest Ridge for working so hard to give me my house on time. Great place to live! What really has sold me is the kitchen. We love living here ! The view is gorgeous and the staff is friendly and attentive! I love my apartment, it is wonderful, the bedrooms are big, you don't need anything else, everything is luxurious. All this for affordable price. The staff is attentive and always are so helpful with any questions or concerns that have come up. Any time I come into the front office Raven always is so welcoming and takes time to really listen to my concerns, then she follows through to solve. 10/10."
"Wow! What beautiful apartments first of all! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Jackie got me all set up to fill out my application. The negative reviews are coming from frustration and I get that, however, they’re working very hard to help many people. Patience is a virtue. I hope and I pray this will become my future home for me and my girls. Thank you for providing great service and working so hard team."
"So disappointed in this place. First off, they are impossible to get ahold of. They don't return calls or emails. I had to finally go over there in person without an appointment to talk to someone and to see an apartment. I told them from the start that I was interested in an income restricted apartment as I am a newly single mom with a low income. They literally told me they had some coming up. I got a text that I passed the background check and credit check and that things were "moving in the right direction". I even paid for and filled out the pet application and fee. After not hearing anything for a month, I get a text from them saying that my initial $15 application fee didn't go through and I needed to bring a money order for $40 to them. I had received an emailed receipt for the $15 fee so I was confused about why they sent me a receipt. I brought the $40 tho. They then had me fill out more paperwork and sign more things and a woman working there told me that things were moving in the right direction and that they had 3 and 4 bedroom apartments coming up available. I filled out tax forms because I was applying for the income restricted apartments. I asked several times how long the wait was, they wouldn't answer. They wouldn't tell me how much the deposit would be. I got a call today that my application was rejected because I didn't make enough. I called and asked how I don't make enough and they told me the price for the non income restricted apartments. I told her I was needing the income restricted one and she said "Oh we won't have anymore of those available for 2-3 years." I told them from the first day I walked in that I was interested in the income restricted apartments. Why didn't they tell me that they didn't have any before I wasted time filling out the application and tax paperwork and paying the application fees? And making a whole "pet profile" that I had to pay for and was very time consuming. I am a newly single mother, desperately looking for housing as we have nowhere to live and they jerked me around for over a month. Save your time and money, they don't know what they're doing. Absolutely horrible experience."
"Only giving two stars because of Raven, who was the only helpful person starting out. I applied on 8/28 online and it took two weeks for any sort of contact regarding my application and that was after I reached out first. I was told by Raven that their initial screening process accepted my application and she asked for some more information from me. I responded to her email and filled out a pet application for my dog. Two weeks later on 9/26, I reached out again as I hadn’t gotten any responses from the emails I was sending Raven directly. I asked for more information regarding my application (again) and hoping to get info for the lease. She told me that the apartment I requested would be available at end of November (when I requested a move in date of end of October) and held it under my name. I responded to her email and asked for leasing information and didn’t get a response. Well today, 11/18, I called and spoke with Jackie. I asked her for updates regarding my application, leasing information, and if I could view an apartment. She told me my application was sitting on the waitlist because the payment method I put in to pay the $15 application fee didn’t go through. I applied 8/28 and just heard about this, almost two months later. She told me that I didn’t have an apartment under my name and that they didn’t have any two bedroom apartments available. She said they could continue with my application if I paid $40 (because apparently it didn’t work the first time even though it worked just fine when paying for my pet application) and my move in date would be pushed out. She also said there was a packet I had to fill out in office and wanted to know why that hasn’t been completed. I tried going to the office multiple times and it was always closed during business hours. I did yell at her on the phone (which was not acceptable on my part, but they have been giving me no information for the past two months) and told her to cancel my application, which she took no time in doing (shocker). I emailed Raven again asking her to call me as soon as possible to go over the miscommunication between staff regarding my HOUSING and go over the complaints I have regarding how all of this was handled. Good luck to anyone who actually lives here. You’ll need it."
