"I am a long time resident here at Foothills West Apartments. In the short time the new owners have acquired the property they have set up a fantastic communication structure with Property Managers, Atlas points of contact and Maintenance. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly and professionally. Atlas also calls and confirms the maintenance was performed and properly. They are easily accessible for questions regarding your billing and resolve items quickly. My experience so far with this company has been very positive."

"Absolutely god awful managment. They make changes and dobt tell tenants. 15 cars were towed in one night and we were told not to worry about our parking permits. None of the neighbors seem to care that there are other people living here. Our office manager is here 2 days a week for 4 hours. Some tenants are breeding dogs in the apartments and others who are not people or dog friendly are off a leash. I wouldnt wish living here on my worst enemy"

"Had my car towed this morning. Never got a notice on my door or in the mail about getting a parking permit for my car. Wouldn't have mattered anyway management is never here to give us any. Also they should have been provided with our rent bill. If the notices where sent out I did not get one. This has happened to me time and again about my rent bill sometimes it is in the mail box and sometimes it is not. I mean I like the fact that it is a roof over my head, not liking the fact that this place is a garbage dump. People who don't even live here dump their garbage all over the place. Also some tenants like to just put their garbage bags right in front of the dumpster instead of inside. Then animals come by and rip them open and it scatters everywhere. Also a lot of druggies and junkies leaving their used needles all over the place. I mean come on guys their are kids walking barefoot out their. If they want to change stuff all of sudden they should have started with everything I have listed not towing their tenants cars all sneaky like in the weeeee hours of the morning, and then not picking up their own emergency number calls and their regular number so we can talk to someone. We pay your salary every month maybe you should be a little nicer to us."

"My girlfriends car was towed this morning, landlord is never in her office to give them permits. She has left several messages for the landlord to fix various problems in her apartment. They never show up. Terrible terrible management. All the residents who had their vehicle towed need to get a lawyer.. ASAP! My 2 cents.."

"The lady is never in her office, our car got towed because she is never in her office to issue them out to people. We've had 3 office managers in the last 5 months. The new lady seems like she doesn't care about her residents only about her salary income. She could've put at least one in each mailbox for us to have at least one per apartment, completely rating this place with one star only because I can't do a half of a star."
