"This is not a good place to live at all. Also, the people working at the leasing office are really incompetent at their job. Oh and the paper thin walls of this place are egregious. Whoever built these apartments did not sound proof them at all. The amount of trash and debris on the property is terrible as well. I’d give them 0 stars if possible. Look elsewhere for housing and STAY AWAY!"

"I looked at about 6 apartments today and this one was by far the most unpleasant experience. First, she was not at all interested in showing me an apartment. It's slightly late in the day, but the office is open for another hour. Secondly, the additional fees tacked on as non- refundable deposits and amin fees are so silly. It added up to $500 in additional fees that you don't get back.. just call it rent, which btw, is more than listed online. I can see why these apartments have more units available than any other one and the reviews are not great. Don't waste your time coming here."

"I lived here for about 6 months before having to go on a deployment, it was good at first and the management was reasonable, understanding and friendly . But after the move they became difficult to contact, I have been trying to call them about my security deposit and no response was given then they hit me with the “left over bills” that I was told would be covered from the security deposit but never did. Still trying to contact them to this day and no one has said anything SINCE my move about the status."

"Rayna was very helpful from the beginning! We were suppose to move to a different apartment complex and it wasn’t ready even after they moved our move-in date two weeks out. So, I looked up other apartments in the area and found Woodland Hills. We were looking to move here a couple months prior but the monthly rent was out of our price range but I’m so happy I checked the prices again and found this place. Rayna and Stephanie were very helpful with getting our application approved the same day and moved us in! Thank you, Rayna and Stephanie! We really appreciate y’all’s help!"
