"Washer has been broken for a week. Dishwasher not working and still hasn’t been fixed. Nothing gets done here. Thermostat went out and they came and told us it was a battery that needed to be replaced but it still has the same issue from before. Not to mention the dog stations have not been cleared out in over a week. There is dog poop bags just making a ring outside of it. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE."

"Edit As of 09-2023: Finally moved out of that place, and I feel so relieved. However we are continuing to be charged for things that are ridiculous (almost 4 weeks after move out) and not in the lease agreement. THIS PLACE TAKES ADVANTAGE OF YOU! Especially as someone who is a college student and young, I can say I am extremely disappointed in how EVERYTHING is handled here. Look for other apartments, especially for the price, you can find somewhere nicer that WON’T TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU! Apartments themselves are nice for the price you pay. However they are older which means that our utility meters and fans are old as well, consequently we have paid way over what we have needed to for utilities and other things. As for management they are very sweet and understanding but do nothing when an issue occurs. Our neighbors have been harassing us for the last couple of months. When I say harassment I mean knocking on our door, calling us names, screaming at us, leaving notes, and filing unnecessary complaints in order to try to get us evicted. We feel as if our basic humans rights have been taken away from us out of fear of our neighbors. We are scared to clean, cook, shower, and even just walk around. Management has done NOTHING about them, even though a formal police charge has been filed. Also, there does not have to be any formal evidence for someone to make a complaint, so our neighbors call every chance they get to file a complaint to try to get us evicted and management does nothing about it. We live in fear and we should not have to, my roommate and I have considered moving out early because we are scared to live our daily lives. No one wants to feel that way where they live, this place used to be home and now we can’t wait to get as far away as possible."

"I really enjoy the area and apartment itself. It’s a great layout and plenty of space. I also feel safe here and almost never hear our neighbors. Having the pool and gym is a huge plus! Everyone in the office is extremely helpful and kind. Only “issue” is in the last month of living here I feel we are constantly putting in maintenance requests but on the flip side the buildings are a little older and I’m sure some things are just due to be replaced."

"We moved in 3 years ago. We love the staff (Special shout out to Samantha L - She is the most humble individual we have ever came across :) ), they listen to you and fix any problems you have (Thank you Chris). Plus there is a Pool that is well kept up daily. Pet friendly too. Great activities like BBQ with Prizes etc. The Good: 1. Best Staff 2. Best Services 3. Best location 4. Best Views The Bad: - Small trash containers - Gym needs more equipments The ugly: PARKING!!! (Please do something about parking space) You need to make sure (if you don't have the car port) to come back by 08:30 PM, else have fun roaming around the apartment. Note: Could have given 4 Starts but a good Staff can make a difference (Samantha, Once again thank you)"
