"I don’t know. They’re properties are heinous and expensive. Our place has boarded up windows when we moved in a year ago, and they’re still boarded up. Not worth it. This is the second time the company has switched over and these new managers are no better. They leave you alone…but also don’t take care of anything. I would look elsewhere. We moved on and are so much happier with our new rental company."

"So, I am a Community Manager that had sent in my resume for an open position in Colorado Springs. Scott had sent me an email and we scheduled an interview for today at 1:30pm. I am currently temping and I had taken off work today to prepare for the interview. I received an email that I was not chosen. I reached out to Scott to inquire about it. All he said was Yes we already chose someone for the position. Good luck!!! Pathetic that I couldn't get an email or a call saying that they had chosen someone already and cancel the interview. If this is the lack of courtesy and respect that this person or this company shows; then I guess it was a happy accident. your company owes me $$$$ Pay up."

"Very unprofessional and RUDE. Stopped answering my phone calls, once I called from a different number I received an answer. I was told I needed a check stub and started working DoorDash to provide a check stub and still was denied, when the CHECK STUB WAS ALL THAT I WAS MISSING. Do NOT plan to rent from them preferably SCOTT!! Very rude. Was rushed off the phone because he simply didn’t want to rent to me especially after know I am on a housing program. My credit and everything else was approved."
